We believe in building relationships with patients. All initial appointments are a one hour telemedicine video appointment so that you have time to discuss concerns and goals with a board-certified provider licensed in your state. You will also have time to ask any questions that you might have. We don't rush you through a 15 minute appointment or just evaluate you through paperwork. We believe in building rapport and trust with our patients. We prioritize great care over high volume. You and your provider will decide what treatments and products are right for you.

Our philosophy is to provide the very best care to patients at the most reasonable cost. Our goal is to help you to optimize your life. Many of our providers came from an HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) practice that they felt wasn't doing enough for patients. Providers become frustrated when they can only provide one or two solutions for a patient. We wanted to change that. We like to think of ourselves as HRT+.  Our goal is to offer a range of hormone optimization options across the adult lifespan, anti-aging solutions, sexual health options, and comprehensive diagnostics all while providing expert guidance and care. Our providers actually listen and think outside the box to help you to reduce symptoms or problems and to optimize many areas of your life. We are not primary care, so you still need a primary care provider, but we aim to offer many more solutions, products and education than traditional primary care or other hormone clinics.

The truth is that many primary care and specialty providers do not understand hormone optimization. Many providers are caught up in myths about hormone optimization that have long been proven inaccurate with the last 30 years of evidence-based medical research. Many providers allow insurance companies to dictate their treatment plans. We don't. We believe that providers and patients should be in charge of health care decisions, not insurance companies. We are experts in health optimization. This is what we do, and we love it! We understand that every patient is different so therefore every solution is different. We are not a one size fits all practice. You won't find any cookie cutter patient plans here. We like to share an analogy about providers. Would you go to your surgeon for a dermatology problem? Of course not. That's not because your surgeon is a bad provider, it is because dermatology is not that provider's area of expertise. This is why patients who are not getting the answers, education or solutions that they want regarding hormone optimization and wellness in general should come to us. This is all we do, and we are darn good at it!

Sign up for an appointment (if you KNOW you want to become a patient) or sign up for more information (if you aren't sure if you want to become a patient yet or if you have questions first). We will be happy to help you either way. Once you sign up for a $99 appointment with a provider, the medical team will review your information. If you have uploaded lab work for us, we will review this in relation to the reason for your visit. If you need lab work or need additional lab work prior to being seen by the provider, we will discuss it with you, send you an invoice and  then order it for you and explain the process. If you have sufficient lab work based on the reason for your visit, we will schedule you for a one hour video appointment with a provider at a time that is convenient for you. Please make sure that this is at a time when you will have quiet and privacy and NOT be driving. Once you meet with your provider, the two of you will determine a plan for moving forward and we will be sure that all of your questions get answered. From there on out, you can message in for questions, schedule appointments with your provider for follow ups, communicate with us about your refills or talk to one of our qualified product specialists about any products that you have questions about. Any prescription medications can only be decided on by you and your provider based on your goals, other medications and medical history. We partner with accredited, licensed compounding pharmacies inside the United States for prescription medications. We do not ship ANY products or medications ourselves to patients.

We have a strong commitment to fair and transparent pricing. The initial fee to see one of our board certified providers is $99. Our monthly membership varies based on the tier that you choose. Please see our page on benefits of membership for the options. The monthly membership is an automatic monthly payment once you sign up with us as a patient after seeing your provider. Once you are a patient with us, you do not ever have a fee to see your provider again unless you would like a concierge (minor urgent care) appointment for illness. The monthly membership allows you access to wellness/HRT/wellness appointments with your provider whenever you need one to discuss your care and progress, access to our medical team for general questions and a provider review of your symptoms and progress every 60 days prior to your refill. You will see an itemized invoice prior to paying for medications every, single time we write any prescriptions for you. You will have the opportunity to make any appropriate adjustments  to your medical plan prior to paying your invoice (provided that the change is approved by your provider based on your plan and medical history).
