Important Notes:
- We do not accept insurance or submit labs or medications through insurance.
- Our standard comprehensive hormone panel is included with your signup and monthly membership.
- Additional or specialized labs are available for purchase if desired.
- We only use Quest Diagnostics locations.
- We only review previous diagnostics from another provider AFTER you have decided to join the monthly membership and these will incur additional clinical review fees.

Once your lab results are final, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your appointment with your provider, who is licensed in the state where you are located. We currently serve patients located in Florida and Colorado.

During this appointment, your provider will review your labs and health history in detail. Afterward, you’ll receive a comprehensive appointment summary along with personalized medication and supplement recommendations.
You are under no obligation to continue after the initial appointment. If you decide to move forward, your monthly membership will begin at that time. You may cancel your membership at any time with 48 business hours’ notice.
Please note that we can only provide ongoing medical services while you have an active monthly membership.

Your care is led by Brittany Perslin, PhD, APRN, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with licensed clinicians and registered nurses who create customized care plans based on your personal goals, current medications, and health history. We are an experienced telehealth practice that brings care to you where you are. We currently serve patients located in Florida and Colorado, and your provider is licensed in the state where you are located.

At No Limits Medical, we evaluate patients through real-time video visits, medical history review, and diagnostics as part of personalized primary care, including male and female bioidentical hormone care, sexual health, metabolic and weight health, hair loss, and healthy-aging and prevention care.
Diagnostics
There are a variety of available diagnostic solutions available in order to personalize your plan for best results. We don't just offer at home lab kits. While convenient, many patients benefit from more in-depth testing that offers more comprehensive information. We offer a variety of customizable blood work panels, hormone testing for both men and women, full thyroid panels, genetic testing, GI mapping and DUTCH testing, just to name a few.
