Initial Appointments


  • First appointment (initial 1-hour consult) is paid upfront to book time with the provider.
  • Standard labs for the first appointment are at no cost.
  • Time with provider + any additional labs are paid prior to the initial appointment.
  • Membership begins after the initial appointment, specifically when the patient pays for their first medication invoice.
  • No obligation to continue after the initial consult.
  • Initial payment is not the first monthly membership fee—it's solely to secure the consult time.
  • No discounts/waivers on the initial fee if the patient opts out of labs through your clinic.


Membership Information


We offer two membership options designed to provide personalized telemedicine care:


  • Medical Membership – $99 per month
    Includes follow-up appointments with your provider, treatment plans, hormone/metabolic optimization support, and our standard comprehensive hormone panel every 6 months at no additional cost.
  • Medical + Coaching Membership – $499 per month
    Includes everything in the Medical Membership plus up to 4 coaching sessions per month. This is not typical coaching—sessions are provided by a licensed RN who will help you with your medications, supplements, recommendations for medspa-type services (such as red light therapy, sauna, and similar treatments) that can support your individualized protocol, diet, fitness, and stress management.


Important Membership Details


  • Initial Appointment & Payment: Your first 1-hour initial consult is booked and paid for upfront. This initial payment secures time with your provider and is not your first monthly membership payment. Standard labs for the initial appointment are provided at no cost. Any additional labs or time with your provider beyond the standard initial panel must be paid prior to your appointment.
  • Membership Start Date: Membership begins after your initial appointment, specifically when you pay for your first medication invoice. Once you complete your initial consult, you are under no obligation to continue with membership or treatment. If you decide to proceed with medications, membership starts at the time you begin your medications.
  • Additional Labs: Labs included in your membership (including the comprehensive hormone panel every 6 months) are provided at no extra cost. Any additional lab panels beyond what is included may be added at any time for an additional fee. Lab panels requested more than twice per membership year (outside of the included hormone panel) will be billed at our standard cash-pay rate. We do not discount or waive the initial appointment fee if you choose not to obtain initial labs through us.
  • Payment & Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on the same day each month via automatic draft from your account (after your first medication payment). Membership must remain current to receive medical or coaching services.
  • Scheduling Coaching (Medical + Coaching only): It is your responsibility to schedule your coaching appointments (up to 4 per month). No discounts or credits are given for unused sessions. Think of this like a gym membership—the monthly fee remains the same regardless of how often you attend.
  • Minimum Commitment (Coaching): The Medical + Coaching Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After 3 months, you may cancel or downgrade to the Medical Membership at any time.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel either membership at any time with 48 business hours’ written notice (email or text). Cancellations cannot be processed between medication refills and then restarted solely to obtain a refill. If you experience financial hardship, please discuss this with us. We reserve the right to decline re-enrollment if a pattern of cancellation/restart appears to circumvent our policies. We value honesty and expect the same in return.
  • Memberships are non-refundable once paid: Please note that, once paid, monthly membership payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • Insurance & Billing: We do not bill insurance—ever. Any attempt to seek insurance coverage for our services is between you and your insurance company. We do not participate in or assist with insurance billing, claims, or reimbursement processes.
  • Products & Protocols: Our treatments and protocols use non-FDA-approved compounded medications and personalized approaches. If you are not comfortable with non-FDA-approved options, we respect your decision, and this practice may not be the right fit for you. All medications are sourced exclusively from US-licensed, FDA-regulated pharmacies.
  • Prescription Fulfillment: For quality control, safety, and consistency, we do not send prescriptions to local retail pharmacies. All prescriptions are fulfilled through our partnered pharmacies.

If you would like additional labs beyond these, we can order any bloodwork that you like for an additional charge. Additional labs or labs required more frequently than ever 6 months (as requested by you or your provider) will be at retail price. PLEASE NOTE THAT MEDICAL AND/OR COACHING SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED IF YOU ELECT TO STOP THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP OR IF THIS MEMBERSHIP IS OVERDUE.

Once you are a member, you never pay for an appointment with a provider for your routine and wellness care. Episodic illness visits fall under our Concierge Care and are $59 each for members. Anytime you have questions about your routine care, current prescriptions, progress or would like to review your plan we will set you up for an appointment with your provider. 


Our providers have access to order a comprehensive range of diagnostics. We aren't limited to at home finger prick tests. We will also review diagnostic reports that you have from outside sources in addition to diagnostics that are ordered through No Limits Medical.

You have a medical team on your side! We will discuss any medical or wellness topic that you would like. While we aren't able to treat or manage everything, we can offer insight about potential alternative solutions or ways to maximize your wellness based on your own personal history. We work in both traditional and non-traditional medical ways to implement comprehensive plans and help you achieve your goals. While we can't stress the importance of primary care enough, traditional medicine often does not prioritize optimal wellness. We do.

Our coaching is provided by experienced partners. Coaching may include fitness plans, dietary recommendations, supplement reviews and recommendations and ancillary med spa type service recommendations. Coaching provides a comprehensive plan that works in conjunction with your medical care in order to provide a high-level, comprehensive, concierge experience. Addressing overall health is an important part of any healthcare plan and we offer this while many of our competitors do not. Your coach will work with your provider for seamless, overall care.

Concierge Care (Similar to Urgent Care)

Concierge Care visits for simple, episodic illness! If you have a simple, episodic illness and do not want to spend hours driving to and waiting at a in-person provider office  - we can help! This service is $59/visit for members and provides access to care for simple illnesses that can be appropriately treated by your provider through a telemedicine model. Our concierge care visits are 30 minutes, $59 for members and are for NON-EMERGENT CARE. A provider must be available for you to be able to book an urgent care visit with us. These are not for any complex, seriously concerning or life-threatening care. For those types of medical emergencies seek immediate care at your local emergency department or dial 911.


Some examples of appropriate Concierge Care visits include, but are not limited to:


  • Skin rash
  • Cough/cold
  • Shingles/cold sore outbreak
  • Uncomplicated UTI symptoms
  • Sore throat
  • Ear pain
  • Gout flare up
  • Lost coverage/in-between jobs and need medication refills


Visits that are NOT appropriate for telemedicine Concierge Care include, but are not limited to:


  • Chest pain
  • Abdominal pain
  • Complex chronic illness care
  • Acute or chronic pain
  • Respiratory distress
  • Severe bleeding
  • Stroke symptoms
  • Trauma


Please note that we DO NOT prescribe any opiates, Adderall or SSRIs for our patients as we do not feel that these medications are appropriate for telemedicine care for our practice.


What Does the $59 Fee Cover?


$59 covers one sick (episodic) visit for a current member ($99 for a non-member). Any medications  prescribed or recommended diagnostics will have additional charges.

The best compliment we can receive is patients referring their friends and family to us! Many of our patients do this and we appreciate this more than you know. We want to thank you for referring us. Please CONTACT US to get your own loyalty code that you can give to friends and family. New patients must sign up with your unique code and complete the initial assessment for you to be eligible. Loyalty program is only offered for active patients who are current on all outstanding invoices. For each patient that you refer you will receive a:


  • $50 credit towards your medication invoice for each patient ONCE that patient signs up on our auto-pay monthly membership (or pays for an annual membership).
